Shipping Policy

About Shipping:

① Free shipping for orders over CAD$89 (except for designated free shipping items)

② A CAD$25 delivery fee will be charged when the order price is under CAD$89


Shipping Standard:

Size limit:  Length≤113CM & Width≤76CM

Weight limit: Weight≤30KG


Logistics rules:

A: Time:

Logistics time covers two parts: 

  1. Processing time:

Order confirmation, quality inspection, and packing will take one day. 

  1. Delivery time:

The packages will be shipped from the Canada local warehouse, and it will take about 7-10 working days.

  1. Logistics method:

Orders will be sent via POST or FEDEX, which depends on the receiving address and the conditions of the package.



1: We will try to make sure that you receive the order during the scheduled time after placing the order. Most of our orders will reach you on time, but there may be delays in logistics during the holidays.


2: If you do not receive your order within the scheduled time, please email us ASAP: support.ca@htvront.com, and we will prioritize tracking your order.


3: If we cannot track your order within the allotted time, we will re-ship or refund you according to your needs.


4: The actual delivery time depends on the size and weight of the package and the region you live. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.


5: Pre-sale delivery time: 3-10 days delivery policy does not apply, please refer to the delivery time specified by the event.


Delay Compensation:

We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you in the fastest time. If there are unavoidable factors that cause the delivery delay, please contact us, and we will compensate according to the"Compensation Policy for Delayed Shipping"

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:

1. We will send you an email about guaranteed shipping time after each pre-sale period ends;

2. We will send a confirmation email one week before the shipping guarantee time. Please confirm it; then your order will be shipped out accordingly;

3. The order will be shipped out as a default confirmation if there's no reply to the confirmation email within seven business days. If there is a return, you have to cover the shipping costs.

4. You will receive compensation if the pre-sale order is not shipped within the guaranteed time. Please refer to the"Compensation Policy for Delayed Shipping"for detailed information.

5. The final interpretation right belongs to HTVRONT, Sijiu Tech.
The above standards will take effect on October 19, 2021
If your order is delayed, please contact our support mailbox after delivery, we will help you verify the order and issue compensation. support.ca@htvront.com

Note: Orders delivered more than 10 days are considered as delays, and orders within 3-10 days of delivery time do not meet the compensation rules.
Order delay time starts calculate after the order is shipped and based on the delivery time. If the order is not delivered or the package is lost in logistics, please refer to our return & refund policy.

Shipping Delivery Adjustment Of Spring Festival

To celebrate the Chinese New Year, HTVRONT will be on holiday from February 8th to 17th, 2024.
During this period, you are able to place orders as usual while the order delivery times will be adjusted.
The Details are as follows:
February 8th to 17th, 2024, the shipping time of orders will be within 72 hours, and the order delivery time will be 6 to 12 days.
The shipping time will be back to normal from February 19th .
