Note: The heat press used in this video is the first-generation Auto Heat Press. Sublimation paper is ideal for garments with a high polyester content (commonly recommended at 65% or higher, the higher the content, the more vibrant the colors). Heat transfer paper works well for most cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.
