To prevent issues and maintain print quality, perform a thorough inspection of your D2 DTF Printer at least once every 30 days. Consistent monthly checks help catch potential problems early and extend the life of your machine.

During your monthly maintenance, focus on the following three critical areas:

The white ink buffer is a key component in the D2's ink circulation system. Inspect it carefully for any signs of leakage. A leak can lead to ink waste, poor print quality, and potential damage to internal components. If you notice any moisture or pooling around the buffer area, contact technical support immediately.

The ink sac should be inspected when either of the following occurs:

• The nozzle check pattern shows a severely broken line – If you see gaps, missing segments, or irregular patterns in your nozzle check print, the ink sac may need attention.

• Print colors are significantly incorrect – When your prints display wrong or faded colors despite correct color settings, the ink sac could be the culprit.
