Frequency: Inspect and clean the bobbin case every time you replace the bobbin. Clean and lubricate the rotary hook area at the end of each day or after 4 to 6 hours of continuous operation.

1. Open the bobbin compartment, and remove the bobbin case and bobbin.

   

2. Use a soft brush to remove lint and dust from inside the bobbin case.

   

3. Around the tension spring and near the thread outlet, pay special attention to any lint trapped underneath the tension spring.

4. Gently slide a small piece of clean, thin paper underneath the spring to remove any remaining lint and help maintain smooth bobbin tension and thread feeding.

   

5. Inspect the bobbin case surface, latch, tension spring, and thread outlet for visible wear, burrs, dents, or scratches.

   

6. After cleaning, apply embroidery machine oil to the designated lubrication point along the inner wall of the rotary hook.

   

Press the oil bottle twice. Do not apply too much oil. Wipe away any excess oil after lubrication.

Finally, reinstall the bobbin and bobbin case. Make sure the bobbin is installed in the correct direction. Gently pull the bobbin thread to confirm that it feeds smoothly without sticking, knotting, or unusual resistance.

Part 5: Screen and Machine Surface Cleaning

Frequency: Clean as needed.

Clean the Screen

Gently wipe the screen with a soft, dry cloth. Do not spray water or cleaning solution directly onto the screen. Do not use alcohol, organic solvents, or corrosive liquids on the screen. Avoid pressing too hard while cleaning.

Clean the Machine Body

Wipe the outside of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Light dirt can be removed with the dry cloth alone.

For heavier stains, use a well-wrung cloth lightly dampened with a small amount of neutral cleaner. After cleaning, immediately dry the surface with a clean cloth.
