Q1: Why does the device emit slight smoke during or after ironing?

A1: It is normal, as sublimation ink sublimates into gas at high temperatures and produces odor.


Q2: What to do if the display doesn’t show parameters after replacing the heat plate?

A1: Ensure the two rails on the heat plate are properly aligned with the device’s sliding tracks.

A2: Check if the plate is fully inserted. Reinsert it and push it firmly into place.


Q3: What to do if the device beeps and shows an “E1/2/3/4/5/6” error on the screen?

A1: Turn off the power, remove the heat plate module, and reinstall it carefully, ensuring it’s fully locked in place. Then, power on again.

A2: Try replacing it with a new heat plate module.

A3: Contact HTVRONT customer support for further assistance.
