Q1: How can I identify the correct phone case model?

A1: You can refer to the printed marking on the inside of the case.

Q2: Why does the phone case look slightly loose or the camera area appear recessed when received?

A1: Please make sure to use the lens pad when placing the fixture. After heat transfer, the camera area will return to its proper shape.
A2: The phone case may appear slightly larger before pressing. It will shrink to fit tightly once the transfer process is completed.

Q3: What are the usage precautions for the phone case fixture?

A1: The fixture is adjustable, and using a small support to fill gaps can improve transfer results (tweezers can be used for assistance);

A2: Use a lens pad of the appropriate size and secure it with high-temperature tape for better heat transfer results;

A3: For Android models, select the suitable R-corner from the provided set for installation. (No need to change the R-corner for Apple models.)
